Governing Law

We operate in Northern Ireland and, as such, are subject to the laws of Northern Ireland . Your contract with us is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland . You and Sportique Ltd agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland Courts Service.

Your Order

When you place an order with Sportique, you will receive confirmation that the order has been received. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed if the requested items are in stock. Orders received before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Any orders during the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. You will be notified if goods are out of stock and given an alternative option or offered a full refund.

Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched using either Royal Mail or City Link. Delivery times are dependent on your geographical location. Sportique is not responsible for any delays encountered by Royal Mail, City Link or adverse conditions affecting delivery.

If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to Sportique, the postage costs cannot be refunded. If an item has to be re-sent an additional re-postage fee will be payable.

Returns

Unsuitable items can be returned to Sportique, in original condition, within 14 days of the date you received them. We will ensure that you receive a refund for the price you paid for the item by the same method of payment originally used. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your exchange/refund to be processed.  We will not be able to refund postage costs incurred when returning items. Manufacturers defects are required to be returned within 28 days of purchase. Please complete a returns form when sending back am item stating if a refund or exchange is required.

Currency and International Tax

All our prices are displayed in UK sterling. All orders include UK tax. International customers are responsible for ensuring they pay any tax due in their own jurisdiction. Sportique Ltd does not accept responsibility for paying tax on goods ordered from outside the UK .

Sportique Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.  The details we collect will be used:

1. To process your order, to provide after-sales service
2. In certain cases we may use your email address to send you information on our products and services. In such a case you will be offered the option to opt in/out before completing your purchase
3. We may need to pass the information we collect to other companies for administrative purposes. We may use third parties to carry out certain activities such as processing and sorting data, monitoring how customers use the Website and issuing our emails for us.
