Your Order
When you place an order with Sportique, you will receive confirmation that the order has been received. We endeavour to process and dispatch orders on the working day they are received. When the order has been dispatched we will email confirmation to you. You will be notified if goods are out of stock.
Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched using either Royal Mail or City Link. Delivery times are dependent on your geographical location. Sportique is not responsible for any delays encountered by Royal Mail, City Link or adverse conditions affecting delivery.
If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to Sportique, the postage costs cannot be refunded. If an item has to be re-sent an additional re-postage fee will be payable.
Returns
Unsuitable items can be returned to Sportique, in original condition, within 14 days of the date you received them. We will ensure that you receive a refund for the price you paid for the item by the same method of payment originally used. We will not be able to refund postage costs incurred when returning items. Manufacturer’s defects are required to be returned within 28 days of purchase.
